Actually browser tool like internet explorer has provided facilities to block desired sites. However, doing blocking through this way is not recommended because we have to set manually one by one which site we want to block. Of course it need much time to do that. Furthermore, to complete this task, we have to know the URL address of all the sites which we want to block and input them into the internet explorer as the blocked sites. This way is not efficient any more because there are ton of addresses for site such as porn, gambling, etc.
The second way, using certain blocker software is commonly applied to block certain sites. There are a lot of tools as blocker software spreading over the internet but usually this blocker software is not free. Averagely to apply this blocker software, we have to pay US $ 20 up to 40 and of course it is too much cost for that.
The third alternative, if we want to block certain sites, applying Open DNS service is much recommended. This Open DNS service is commonly free of charge. What you need is just setting IP Address for that Open DNS in your computer control panel. Then login to OpenDNS.com. Next, everything is clear and easy to follow the further instruction.
