It is time for web2.0. What is web 2.0? Sun Mcrosystems calls as participating era. In 2000s dotcom business got its bankruptcy and made Ebay, Yahoo, Amazon, including Google itself reached the peak position. In that time, the second phase of web appear as internet revolution by combining internet and participating involvement.

Social networking media soon attracts million of intenet users to join. The names like Friendsters, mySpace, facebook, linkIn, dig.com, del.icious.us, flicker, picasa, youtube, wikipedia and blog media reach the popularity. This social network medium firstly was known in simpler form such as email, newsgroup, bulletin boards and mailing list. All these internet network mediums are the wave of development of the second phase of internet web. These entire new internet networks have one characteristic. They make and give the users big chance to participate in what they choose to join. They, themselves involve in the running wave issues of networks.

Web 2.0 is a seed of intertnet development. It has not reached the fixed form. It just appeared through its symptom, element and component. It has not found the form yet. Web 2.0 is just a term to classify opposite with the first phase of internet appearance. In the first phase internet build its house with simple HTML that was one way direction and did not give user chance to involve and participate. Web 2.0 has basic element which is known as AJAX or Asynchronous Javascript and xml. Web 2.0 was first known in O’Reilly Media Conference in 2004. Web 2.0 was called as new generation of World Wide Web.
